Brian nominated Matt, Michael and Tiffany to be eligible for release. One of those four did not come back here. It is a sad day for you prisoners as you lose one of your own. For us, we rejoice because it's one less head of which to keep track. One of you was cleared of all charges as their alibi's and documents cleared, and they no longer had any information that would be helpful in this investigation. –sgmbert

I am sad that Tiffany left. I was furious with her in the beginning for not being around but, as with S karen, got to know her only a day or so before the "release". And have you noticed that it is the females that seem to earn their releases? Maybe it is because we are so honest and trustworthy. Congrats to everyone esp Brian. The game has been strangely silent. Hardly anyone has been talking, it's quite eerie. It's almost as if the game has gone stagnant after Tiffany left. I was sad to see her go, since I had pretty much ruled her out as the Cybermole due to her off-and-on dedication, but she was a sweet person and I miss her friendly attitude. The others left are all cutthroat and want to win, and it kills the friendliness of the game to me. –matt (confessional)

Matt and Brian - you two were paired up during the nominations last episode. This means that you will be DIRECTLY negotiating with each other this episode. Michael and Becki are directly negotiating with each other also. You will be able to witness their conversation, but you will not be able to talk with them directly. Mary Lee will also observe in the entire challenge but will NOT negotiate.
Here is your challenge. There are four briefcases before you. In one there lies the "snitch", in another there lies the private cell, in another there lies a tiebreak win (in case of tiebreak, you overrule the other/s) and the other contains nothing. Each contains a prize, then. You may each win your prize provided that each person selects through secret ballot one briefcase and each briefcase is only selected once. In addition, 10 will be added to the jackpot of you all agree. If there is no agreement and two people select the same briefcase or if one person does not select ONLY one briefcase, you will only receive your prize if Mary Lee predicted that you would choose that prize. -ssghessetter

guys, i'm willing to take the briefcase with nothing in it,and let you 3 decide on the 2 with "prizes" and the snitch. I just don't want to be the snitch twice in a row if i can avoid it, so i'm willing to take nothing in place of that. so that's where i stand right now, can't wait to converse with Matt and see what becki and Michael have to say. –brian

I'd be willing to take any of the briefcases left. I am not a fan of the Snitch position, and there's no one I want to put up, but if we decide I have to take it, then I will go along with it. If I had a choice, I'd take the Tiebreak. However, whatever we need is fine by me. –matt

so you want to say, i take the nothing, let them pick their 2, and you take what's left, Matt? if that's okay with us, i guess our "negotiating" is over and we'll turn it over to Becki and Michael. dunno what else to say -brian

Thanks, Jake. Personally I have had some wonderful discussions with myself about the challenges in this forum. I am now wondering if they are going to all be negative and if Brian is smart in wanting nothing. like the snitch is neg anyway, the tie-breaker could be to be on the LOSING end of that tiebreaker and the personal cell could be like the one with me and Matt together.... and I am definitely looking for a twist. Whoo hoo I know you guys and gal missed me for the few hours..Okay after dropping off Katie I went to K-Mart for a sports Bra and it turned out the store was closing down and big sales..$286.00 and some change later I am back! -becki

I did buy an exercise ball a purse (really cool) and get this ..Rollerskates!!! I can't wait till tommorrow and go skating ..then I got 2 really nice pair of sunglasses a lot of bath and body stuff..The worst part is I have to keep the stuff in the trunk of my car till my mother falls asleep..she would kill if she knew all the crap I got..hahahahaha..I am 30 and scared of my mothers wrath -becki

you and me both. I hate coming home with new stuff when they're home. I bought a stereo the other day, cause the old one died, and you'd thought i just mortgaged a new house It was like "what did you do?!" "don't you have one already" "you dont' have the money" and to think, i want to get a new (used) car, but i don't have the dough gotta talk the old one my dad was driving cause he got a new (used) car! grrr. I need a better job and more money, then i can get out and do what i want! –brian

I figured I would sneak it in and if I get caught I know what my mom spent at Cosco's the other night so hahahaha. Compulisive Shopping Disorder! There is no way you can miss a huge exercise ball so I am busted on that and when I come home all skinned up from rollerskating that will be a give away..The rest of the stuff I think I am safe on..She will never notice the "little" stuff.. hahahaha, i was nearly asleep at 7:30. Uggh, i hate getting old i doubt anything will happen for a while with the challenge, so we should be safe to go to bed. Although tomorrw i'm supposed to spend the day out with my friend, so i dont' know how much i'll be around. –brian

I am really up for anything on the briefcases..I don't mind taking the quiz and being the snitch either since I had an exemption last round. I will take nothing or I will take a private cell does'nt matter to me.. I think anyone that has not been in the private cell should be the one to take it..Have you been in the private cell yet? Hmmm this is to easy I think this is a trick ..I guess I will post again AFTER Brian and Matt post what thoose 2 are not nearly as stubborn as us so this should work out fine.. FYI I read ALL the instuctions and I am following them I deserve a gold medal –becki

Michael I know your away (out of town)and just want to get this challenge moving and since I am power hungry or something to that nature, I am going to take snitch and Michael will take tie breaker.. -becki

This whole briefcase challenge looks far too easy and I am sure that it is. Here are the notes I have so far....Becki will take any briefcase including Snitch. Michael has been on but has not responded to anything on the challenge board. The other board : Brian will take anything but doesn't want to be snitch again. He would molst like the brief case with "nothing" . Matt would like tie breaker, doesn't want snitch but will take it if need be. Brian summed all that up in one very strange way , stating that ok, they guess they are ready that he will take nothing, see what the other two pick and Matt gets what's left. Very interesting. Then soon I get to make my predictions, (which won't matter a lick because staff will approach one of the four to mess things up).....so no matter HOW they look right now, there is a big catch to it I am sure. Maybe Michael has already been approached and that is why he isn't posting. Or maybe they approached Brian and that's the reason for misinterpreting Matt's whole message. Wait till Matt reads that hehe. Ok just thought I oughta put down some notes as I feel sure this is gonna heat up pretty soon. –marylee (confessional)

Yeah this challenge is way to easy something is up..I started to wonder his Michael even lost us any money other than where everyone lost money like the truth or dare game..**Sigh** This next round of elimanitons is going to be freaking tough but all in all things have worked out pretty nice as far as is left..We have the 5 most active players left in the game which is good! –becki(confessional)

Hey girl......I have a great idea. How about you send pms to Michael, Brian and Matt that "this may surprise you" but go into detail about the fact that you think my whole snitch thing was completely staged by the staff and the cybermole, even to the posts with original signatures and my fights with the staff over it. That would actually be a fantastic ploy if a lot of people were on to me and you aren't believing it for a second." You could tell them that you are convinced that it was a set up to get people off my track because too many were suspecting me. Why else would I post the actual messages from the staff to me.? I, in turn, can do my "well since I am no longer a suspect, here are some of my ideas" and point them to you. God I hope you aren't the cybermole. –marylee (msg to becki)
