::official rules::
In the Cybermole Project 5 [cmp5], eight or more selected persons will communicate together in an isolated environment presented through the internet for approximately two to three consecutive weeks to engage in a series of challenges and quizzes to accumulate money for the group’s jackpot. Each task will be assigned a cash value which will be awarded to the group of participants and put into a jackpot if the challenge is successfully completed. The Host and/or Producers will explain the Challenge and the specific rules and details specific to the Challenge and will also answer any doubts or questions about the Challenge. At the Producers’ sole discretion, either all or only a few of the Contestants will participate in a certain task. If all of tasks/challenges are successfully completed according to the Producers, then the jackpot will contain $50 US. The Producers will determine at their sole and exclusive discretion whether a Challenge was successfully completed and whether any Contestants violated any game or Challenge rules while attempting to complete the Challenge. At the Producers’ sole discretion, the group of Contestants may be fined amounts of money as determined by the Producers when one or more Contestants have violated any of the agreements on the contract or any rule pertaining to the game play. However, one member of the group will be posing as a Contestant, but is truly a "Cybermole" placed within the group by the producers as to inhibit the achievements and success of the group. At the end of each round of challenges (an episode which may last from one to four days as specified by the host in the preceding round), the Contestants will take an execution quiz ["the interrogation"] answering ten to twenty-five questions about the identity of the Cybermole. The Contestant with the least number of correct answers (and submitted the least recent/in the least amount of time/answered more questions with more choices available in case of tie), and thus knowing the least about the Cybermole, will be executed within minutes of revelation of the results and will thus no longer have communication with the participating Contestants. Eliminated Contestants may no longer be able to communicate or help the participating Contestants in the group, but will be given a forum to talk with the previously eliminated Contestants if so desired. The challenges will continue as normal and Contestants are eliminated until one Contestant remains and will receive the monetary equivalent to the American dollar value in the jackpot or a prize of equivalent value and the Cybermole is finally revealed to the other players. All decisions regarding the Program, including but not limited to, rules, eligibility, Contestant selection, Program production, game play, Tasks, Quizzes, Contestant elimination and award of prizes, are at Producers’ sole and exclusive discretion, are final and not subject to appeal. At any time, if deemed necessary by the Producers, because of harassment of a player or crew member, inappropriate conduct, hacking, unforgiveable cheating, deception in a casting application or any other behavior deemed dangerous and harmful by the Producers, a Contestant may be disqualified and will be not receive a part of any prize, cash award or if the Project has not begun, will be replaced by an Alternate. As this is in game show format, the outcome may not be fixed, predetermined or caused by intentional outside interference by the producers. The outcome of each specific challenge is purely determinant upon the group’s ability to complete the task within the bounds of the challenge and the Cybermole’s inabilities (or abilities) to sabotage the challenge. Morals, Spirits, Emotions and Minds will be challenged to the extreme. This will be unlike any other online mole show. |
